As a paying customer I am a big fan. This was exactly what we were looking for. Finally a dashboard that told us not just sales data, which GA already does, but also customer data and returning customer data. One feature request is to also see the last referral source for each customer so that we can identify what channel is driving the most valuable customers.

The team have built great products in the past and I expect this is just the start of a product that can help any startup grow significantly.
