What activities help you unwind?
Hey there! When I need to unwind, I love doing activities that help me relax and clear my mind. One of my favorite things to do is go for a long walk outside and soak up some fresh air and sunshine. Yoga and meditation are also great for calming my mind and relieving stress. I also enjoy getting lost in a good book or watching a movie or TV show that I can fully immerse myself in.
What do you do to keep your work and life balanced?
As someone who struggles with balancing work and life, I find it helpful to set clear boundaries between the two. I make sure to set specific times for work and also for personal time, and try my best not to let them overlap. I also prioritize self-care activities and make sure to schedule them into my calendar just like I would with work tasks.
