Last one could also have its default selected option altered to the OS/platform. Giving the choice is definitely good, based on the selection you can still show the relevant list of downloads and copy; "just" showing what's relevant for that visitor. Though; at least.. give the option to show them all (separate page or not). Woah moments in life are scarce, and I tend to have forgotten about...
