Tbh I would probably consider looking into moset frequently used features, let users experience these for some time as a Premium subscription and after 1 month limit access in free version. I would use that month to retain as much value as possible to drive user motivation for paid access. That's one strategy.

Routine!
I plan my tasks every eveining in my calendar (pen and paper style). I have a routine of always getting up at the in the morning at the same time. Eat brakefast, make coffee and get to it. Since I already thougth about my tasks the previous evening my mind is already conditioned to take care of them and ready to go.

Definitely worth diversifying your team. By coincidence though, my team consists ONLY of women thus far.
In terms of high power positions that require more working hours than average, analytical minds and psychological resitance, it's only natural that not too many woman gravitate towards that direction long term given the responsibilities they already have in personal life.
