hey @derek_leiro 👏 congrats on the new app!
one of the best way that I battle through procrastination is by committing myself to doing the task 2-3 times (like agile/iteration)!
for example, instead of procrastinating and NOT doing the task... i'll commit and do 100% of the task, but only at around 25% level of effort. that gets the first draft out of the way and then i can come back and...

hey @dmitry_kalinchenko! it's a really great question. we're actually in a similar position right now. one of the strongest channels we've had has been live demos (virtually through zoom). it's been a great way to get in front of warm potential customers, friendlies, etc and try to get that early validation. let me know if you find good sources! we're actually launching on PH today 🤞😬 and...

👋 Hey PH Team! My name is Justin & we're super excited to share our new product with you all today! I've worked on dozens of new products over the years, but this is the first time bringing something to and launching with the PH community. We'd love any thoughts, feedback, ideas, or funny jokes! And happy to answer any questions as best I can. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Signing bad contracts is the worst. TermScout uses NLP + human attorneys to analyze more than 600 data points in common SaaS agreements and rates them based on customer favorability. Less negotiating, less legal, less confusion. Stop signing bad contracts!

IHMO the benefit of asych comms is that it empowers people to work with their own workflows and it allows opportunity to think more/research before responding. But, I think one of the big downsides is that it doesn't usually allow for quick follow-ups, clarifying questions, etc. I usually get most of my helpful information not from the top-level communication, but drilling into the...

Very cool. We've been working on setting up our react app the past few months without a frontend UXUI designer. I think a clean boilerplate or starter example like this might have really helped speed up the process and remove some of the small decisions and design choices it sometimes felt like we were scrambling to feel confident about. Great work!

I feel like I'm on crazy pills on this, but I'm really not a big fan of tracking NPS. We definitely always want positive engagement, promoters, and + conversions, but I just don't think NPS is the right metric. Am I alone here? Other good metrics to get at this that's not NPS?

Really slick and simple. Love it! I actually just started tracking small routine/habits like this "old school" with pen and paper because all these apps are cluttered with feature bloat. Keep up the good work and the sharp eye... 👍

This is cool! I'm really interested in both sides of this (movies & the intersection with anxiety/trauma). Great idea...
Maybe an area to consider is growing into could be crowdsourcing desirable or more affirming moments in films? Sorta the "come watch this" side of the equation? I often want to find movies to watch that make me feel a certain way, but the Netflix suggestions/categories...
