Facebook ads have been working well for us. We create a video with a content creator demonstrating how our DTC app works (an app that helps you read ingredient labels) and run that video as a Facebook ad, tracking installs with the Facebook SDK. Averaging about $1 per download with that method.

For our mobile app, it's all about push notifications. Automated notifications based on user engagement, automated weekly notifications, and manual notifications created around content on a weekly basis. Works so well!

Excited for your launch Kelly! TBH it can be so hard to integrate new healthy habits! I have to set a goal to commit to one new habit at a time, for 2 weeks. Keeping it small (like prepping one meal / week, or journaling for 2 mins) makes it feel more manageable when I'm getting started.

I found the book Lean Customer Development incredibly helpful as a guide for getting customer feedback before you even build your product (and as you continue to evolve / improve it as well)

The company leadership really needs to lead by example - taking time for vacation, etc. if they don’t do so, even if they encourage their employees to, it won’t foster an authentic or safe environment

As someone launching a new product, I've learned to ask for help constantly. When you have to figure everything out for the first time, it's so helpful to lean on others who have walked those paths before so I don't waste too much time getting up to speed. This platform is so helpful for that!

being able to see my kids throughout the day (they're 1 and 3 years old) is pretty priceless <3
