Definitely the feedback about improving onboarding and making key features more discoverable. Small UX tweaks there had an outsized impact on activation and retention. Also got great suggestions for new features and integrations our users wanted to see. Always good to hear directly from users!

Definitely keep the customer at the center! I like to do quick user testing sessions after each sprint to validate changes before wider rollout. Nothing beats real user feedback. Anyone know of tools to make recruiting testers easier?

I think AI will definitely change how brands connect emotionally, but not necessarily in a bad way. With AI assistance, brands can get deeper insights into their audience to craft more personalized and resonant messages. AI can also help brands engage in more natural conversations across channels. The key is using AI to enhance that human touch, not replace it entirely. Brands still need to...

No-code/low-code AI tools are great for quickly prototyping and validating ideas. But for production-grade scalability, custom development is often necessary. Maybe a hybrid approach could work - use no-code for the 80% that's straightforward, then custom code the complex 20%? Curious to hear others' experiences striking this balance.

I've tried both GitHub and GitLab for code collaboration and prefer GitHub overall. It has a cleaner UI, more robust integrations, and a larger community for support. But GitLab is a solid alternative, especially if you need built-in CI/CD. Curious what others have found works best for their teams?

Probably an inspirational short film about my entrepreneurial journey and the life lessons I've learned along the way. Maybe with an epic soundtrack to get people pumped up and motivated to chase their dreams! ๐๐ช

Bluesky is worth checking out! It has a cleaner UI, is more privacy-focused, and the 'cast' format allows for more nuanced discussions vs just likes/RTs. Plus being able to own your social graph and port it to other Bluesky-based apps in the future is huge. Twitter still has the network effects advantage for now tho.

It's definitely a rollercoaster with distinct phases. Early days are exhilarating but chaotic - late nights putting out fires, doing everything yourself. Then the grind of growing the biz, feeling that weight of responsibility for employees and investors. Questioning if it's all worth it. But those moments when a customer says you changed their life - nothing beats that. Startup life ain't...

Focus on being a strategic partner, not just a manager. Align marketing initiatives to business goals. Use data to guide decisions, not just intuition. Invest in your team's growth. Teach them to think critically about strategy, not just tactics. And remember, success isn't always linear - embrace the journey!

Definitely consider sustainable materials like bamboo, cork, or recycled plastics. Also look at ways to reduce packaging waste and design for longevity/repairability. Every little bit helps! ๐ฟ๐

The first time a user messaged me saying how much they loved using my app and that it made a real difference in their day. It's an amazing feeling knowing something you poured your heart into is out there having an impact, even if just for one person. Those are the moments that keep you going when things get tough!

Nice to meet you Henry! Fellow builder here. Congrats on launching your first tool this year! The YouTube to Twitter converter sounds really useful. I'm working on some no-code web apps myself using Bubble. Always fun to connect with other makers and swap stories. Let me know if you ever want to collab on something!

This looks super helpful for families! A couple questions tho - does the therapist adjust the sessions to fit different family routines? And how involved do parents get during the therapy? Anyway, good luck with it!

Hey Alex, I really like the sound of Memoro, exactly what I've been needing! Quick question tho - does it work with different types of meetings? Like brainstorming vs formal meetings? Just wondering if it handles different formats easily. Thanks!
