One of my personal goals is to lose the weight I've gained over the course of the pandemic. I have three wall clocks in my home office just like in a normal office setup. I make sure that I time my hours correctly by looking at those.

I love working remotely. Though, I will admit that I miss the camaraderie and company of my peers, it still doesn't beat the flexibility that remote work gives me.

It's very challenging but what I do is I make sure that I inform my family that I'll be working, especially my hours, first and foremost. That means no distractions.
