Very Poor Customer Service, would be a compliment:
After 9 weeks and 2 days and multiple emails from me to support, I finally received my sunglasses today. I inspected them and the end product was acceptable.
What I find unacceptable is how long it took and how I only received updates after I contacted them….more than once. I am in a customer service industry myself and find LENSABLE truly...
