Having a trusted friend to talk to, writing things down and prayer. I’ve also tried to wait to respond to triggers (where possible) - and have found that doing that has often enabled me to avoid making a difficult situation much worse.

It’s not easy when you’re juggling career, family and other personal and business endeavours - but a regular schedule that includes fitness, enough rest and diarising both fun and down time has been helpful for me.
