@rrhoover One of the interesting things we're doing on that front is our Days in the Life project (http://inthelife.days.am), which @laraspeier produces on our end. It's basically a day-in-the-life of interesting people. Other than that, it's mostly just honing the product. For instance, reducing the number of steps between download and posting has been really effective at accelerating acquisition

@rrhoover Snapchat is a good analogue because the content people create on Days is actually quite similar. The difference is that we've got an extremely strong single-player mode and the content you produce is persistent rather than ephemeral.
