I made the switch and it has been COMPLETELY MISERABLE! Nothing but problems, and contacting customer service is an absolute nightmare... My typical text support wait is anywhere from 7-14 hours, then, you only have 4 minutes to respond or you're put back at the beginning of the line. The chat works similarly, but waits are still usually 1-4 hours where if you don't respond in 2 minutes, you're...
