Hi all! I'm the Founder and CEO of GameApart, and I'm super excited to launch on Product Hunt today! š
Our platform allows you to play party games with family, friends, and colleagues over any video conference tool (Zoom, Meet, Skype, Teams, Slack, etc.). š

The answer here totally depends on the market (not so much on the product). Hopefully if you spent that much time building something you have at least an idea of what the total market looks like, and how much of that market you need to capture to be successful. In that case, you need to (a) assess if you have any USPs that Facebook's alternative doesn't (or can't) have and (b) is there enough...

Iād strongly recommend Jira. Thereās a little learning curve, which can be figured out in a half day of everyone watching YouTube videos, with the huge payoff that going forward youāll be using the industry standard tool that integrates with everything, most new hires will know how to work with it, and itās not going anywhere any time soon.
Any of the others you mentioned... Iām certain...

Great tips here. Would also add that you should probably triple (or more) the lead time you think itāll take to get organic PR. Unless you have a really hot product (in which case the press will find you!) or get really lucky... itās a slog, and it takes a lot of effort to get out in front of it. In my most recent company, we had to chase articles for months before the right kinds of...

I think it really depends on your product and use case. Acquisition is such an interesting equation, thereās just no one size fits all... some products are naturally organic, others you have to promote. Some you acquire in groups, others one by one. Can you share more on your situation?
What do you do when you run out of ways to acquire new users? Turn to paid Marketing?

Looks very cool! Will absolutely check this out... our team spent a long time implementing feature flags ourselves, if this can really speed that up it'd be awesome.
