Challenge: how to get more clients on User Insights Research as an agency?

I could say why the hell mobile notifications still exist in every app if we all just turn them off. Or do we? Or some of them stay on? Which ones? Maybe the one that mean something? Prioritization will save your day and no Im not against emails at all

Can't go anywhere without a demand

How did you come up with idea? Thats the message you need to spread around: "Ive noticed that when do X the result is Y, and I have a possibility to make it Z. Do you think this problem with X could use a new approach?".

Why do you want to create the community before the product is launched? Its like gather people for an event that is not even announced. Better find what people can share or brag about while using your product, thats going to be your community core. Then find the best way for them to do it.
