Having this same issue. I originally was running cold email campaigns to potential customers but was getting no luck. Some good advice I have received is that early on you have to do things that do not scale. You are going to have to put in a lot more work to get your first customer then you will have to to get your 100th. So (depending on the product) forget about stuff like cold outreach....

It depends on what the product is. Are your target customers likely to be on Omegle? For example if you were creating another service that allows strangers to chat Omegle might be a good place to get some feedback Sounds risky though lol

I am facing the same issue! I have something similar on my landing page but instead of email updates I am trying to drive product demos. A piece of advice I have seen posted around is to share free content (like starting a blog) that is relevant to the space you are working in.
