Everything is mobile now I can run my entire business on my iPhone/ iPad including web chat/messages/calls/emails via freshworks suite of apps.

Looks good but many platforms now out there doing the same and MUCH MORE cost effective. I would recommend seriously rethinking your pricing structure. Very nice platform though 👍
