i haven't launched yet but i imagine: - collecting a certain # of sign ups through launch - collecting actionable feedback - making friends / fans / connections!

depends on the platform - twitter / etc. it seems better to use punchier sentences, but if you're writing on Medium or a blog and the headline is strong, then I think people are more okay with reading a long engaging piece

good luck! i read in an article from a product that hit #1 that launching on the same day big ones do can be tough (for obvious reasons) but it also means it's generally higher traffic those days so it could work to your advantage. another good takeaway i got from it was that you should launch between like 12:01am-12:10am PST since that's when new products are released and this way you'll get...
