Byword has proven to be immensely useful to create blog articles for the B2B SaaS I'm working for as a marketer.
Even for niche topics, e.g. job boards for associations, byword has produced very readable articles that only needed minimal editing to be published.
The majority of our articles are actually created by the tool. What sets it apart from other AI tools is the minimal and simple...

Depends on where your perfect customer is on! I've definitely seen twitter being the top one, plus you can post frequent updates since tweets disappear fast.
PS: We’ve just relaunched Niceboard on here after 3 years of developing the best job board platform you’ll find 😉 I would love to get your support.
Plus supporting the launch on twitter!

Niceboard to build your niche job board!
1. Set it up, no code and for free
2. Backfill jobs from other sites, reach out to employers to post for free
3. Attract job seekers, build base
4. Start monetizing job posts (Say $129/job)
5. Generate revenue (e.g. with Niceboard: 50 jobs = $6,450/month!)
P.S. We're launching today, would appreciate your support at NICEBOARD. Thank you!

Looks great! Would change the main CTA to be 1. bigger and 2. lead to a demo/how it works/try for free.
Most people visiting your site aren't ready to get started immediately. They likely first want to see how it works and be assured that it's free.
I think I would have 2 CTA's similar to those: Try for free/Start for free & See demo/how it works

Organic content: building thought leadership on social media (build an opinion and give value on topics that your perfect customer cares about) + a really good landing page/product page that reflects this and leads prospects to the next step.
What marketing strategies would you recommend for someone who doesn't have money to pay for ads?

Totally feel you with that (same during black friday sales etc). Going back to what problems you actually face in your day-to-day/what would make your every day so much easier/better/faster and then having a laser focus on solving that problem when looking at new products.
Otherwise its just too overwhelming...

Great insights! It's really a bit of a game, but in the end also a great way to connect to possible users, get feedback from various different people and even find some new cool products (even if they are your competitors on the launch day...).
Would love to get your support on our NICEBOARD launch! Did you start any group discussions on your launch day?
Happy Holidays + A big thank you for supporting our launch

Join a niche community in the professional networking space, engage and eventually pitch to someone in there.
Or if you have some existing contacts with a small business (maybe even locally), they might be happy to jump in for free for an offer.

An underrated way: A niche job board that fits to your niche product (same audience). Provides value, niche traffic and makes you money on the side.

Re: Blogs; making sure those blogs are SEO optimized and actually target one specific keyword/phrase that your ideal customer would look for; also consider that those people reading your blog might not be ready to buy, YET
Organic social media: sharing value and a specific point of view in your niche; this is a long-term game but can bring the very best (actually interested in your product)...

With community building being such a huge trend, what have you found most helpful to monetize a niche community?
Idea: A niche job board (built on Niceboard in 10mins & for free)

Definitely features for me! I understand you equating reliability with market share, but think this is not necessarily the case anymore. I would instead look for bootstrapped products (vs VC funded, not that it's always negative), usually this means the founder is involved and customers are still the stakeholders, rather than investors.
