Fasting while making sure I stay hydrated always works for me. I also recommend 30-60mins walk a day, or you can go for a walk after each meal. Basically you need to achieve calory deficit, burning more calories than what you consume.🙂

I think you can't go wrong with a MacBook Air M1 base model (8GB RAM, 256GB SSD). Although it's a discontinued model, you can still find sweet deals online, or even a used one with a low charging cycle is a great option. The M1 chip is fast and it's the most reliable laptop you can get.🙂
