What's the best question to ask a future team member?
I've always wondered if there are people asking great questions during interviews / meeting sessions, in order to (try to) understand the personality of their counter party.
Mine is "Describe the color pink to a blind person". I think the answer to this question involves a lot of elements I wish to find in my future team members.
What's yours?

Which marketing strategy is better for a startup with a limited budget?
Considering the limited marketing budget we have, would you recommend focusing on one channel only (Say, only FB, only TW, only Google)? or... should we spread our risk allocation and invest a little in each channel?
Would love to learn from past experience and examples.
Tnx!

How ''complete'' was your product before your decided on that ''Gong'' moment and released it?
Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn) coined the phrases: "Move fast and break things"; "Fail fast" and the notable: "If you're not embarrassed by the first version of your product, you've launched too late". Do you think those sentences are true or false?
How much of the word "embarrassed" played a key role in your first launch?
I'll be happy to hear and learn.
Thank you.

hey, Great Idea! If I may suggest - I would recommend you to also add a section for job seekers, that can be integrated to platform like Linkedin, Seek etc. and provide much more visual appearance to the job seekers in their journey. Good Luck!!
