It's so important to keep getting to hear explicit feedback from your customers.
1. What's working?
2. What's not working?
3. How do they describe your product and the problem you solve?
That info is crucial to keep refining your product and messaging towards PMF.

Video consumption is still exploding (B2C social media apps are a good signal for where trends are heading). But not all videos are created equal! Using real people, keeping them short and sharing genuine/engaging stories seems to be the best formula for success.
Do you think video marketing will be a lasting trend? What can replace it?

My personal take is that in a business context, it should automate a whole bunch of manual tasks. One example is sales teams having to manually enter customer and deal data into CRMs like Salesforce. Theoretically AI is truly valuable if it replaces that work and allows a person to do higher value jobs in their role.

I've come full circle after many failed revisions:
1. To-dos: Any.do
2. Notes: Apple native app (was previously Evernote)
3. Pen and paper each morning for daily focus / to-do list
