An idea is worth nothing without execution. I found that it doesn't matter if you share your idea with friends/family/colleagues or don't. 99% of people won't execute on them :)

It's basically a showcase of your brand while providing some sort of value for the user in the form of products/service, guides, blog, courses etc... It should definitely have the goal to "convert" visitors into doing action X, be it a sale or a comment on a blog post.

I believe that building AI functionalities around your own data (be it product, or market) will be the only way to differentiate yourself from the competition. Connecting OpenAI's API and wrapping features around it won't cut it anymore. What do you think?

I believe that if you have a great product, then it speaks for itself, and as a result marketing will be much easier. I always felt like those companies relying heavily on marketing (including lots of ads) are compensating the lack of a truly great product. If you have both, you have a recipe for success :)

If I have a personal connection that could do a good job, then I'll go 100% to them first. However, they can be busy, slow and not very responsive (they will use the excuse that they know you...). So in a realistic situation, I would go straight to freelancers and benefit from geo-arbitrage.
