When I first recieved my phone, I was unable to activate the sim card. My number had already been transfered so I was left without a phone. It took them a week to resolve this. A couple of months later, my phone service just randomly stopped working but I could still recieve texts. They offered no solution for 2 weeks, then sent me a new sim card. However, that still didn't resolve the issue...
