I think everybody has that one tool that not enough people know about that you expected way more people to be using. What's one like that for you? For me it's Dime. It's a personal expense/budget tracker. I love the user experience because it's so simple and straightforward but at the same time it has a ton of features that most trackers don't.

I understand that conventional wisdom suggests you're never truly ready for a launch, and at the start you're really aiming to get customer feedback. However, I think considering user experience is crucial as well. What are your thoughts?
