Hi Vittorio! I just watched the demo, and it looks fantastic! Is it already possible to add agents (starting from a blank template) that can perform actions within third-party software using APIs we have access to? Something similar to a Zapier-style integration.

That’s super cool! One thing we do that provides a lot of value—but is currently very manual—is classifying and organizing non-converted customer conversations based on their ‘reason for not buying.’ Is that something Zefi could handle? And do you connect to (or have plans to connect to) Freshworks CRM system?

That's just fantastic, guys. I worked for 4 years in Amazon as a product manager and BI engineer. Cost-wise, super long and inefficient queries were always my nightmare indeed. Finance and engineering need to be super aligned on the topic. A great solution for a great problem!
