Mostly break it down to small goals, it requires daily planning, and a weekly review of your path towards major goals. Besides that taking personal care of what we eat, drinking water, physical exercise and sleep it's key to have more emotional strength on busy days, but they thing is consistent, not just doing it once in a while when needed, it requires constant effort for regular improving...

In-Bound or Out-Bound Marketing?
What is your view on each for B2B vs B2C and B2B2C.
I've just finished using some of the 4000 flyer that got printed and went to places where my target audience is and just talked with potential users, in 2 hours have spoken with more than 200 persons and it was a good way to get immediate feedback, so far from those 200 persons 11 have registered on the application, and at least the same has...

As AI and Robots become more efficient what's the role of Humanity?
What is the role of Humanity in a fast paced tech world? As more and more things get done for us what should Humanity embrace as priorities?
Should we shift our ways on living, explore the oceans, explore the moon, merge bio-being with robot-being, save the planet, terraform natural satellites and planets, live in another planet or inside a spaceship.
What's your views on this?

Hi Frances
- First goal must be ensuring there's Product Market Fit, you can do this by interview teachers at school, schowcasing the product, identifying pitfalls in the students learning process, now PMF is a bit tricky because feedback can be good but next step is cash, so does it solve a problem that people are interested in buying?
- As PM you need this info and communicate with your team...

You can use some techniques:
- Create a random email and ask for a service (that same you do/offer), asking another company will give you an hint
- Check the cost structure, server, hosting, domain, licenses, your time, your material (like your PC and so on, if you had to rent it how much would it cost) + add a 15% margin profit in the overall because you want to make money not to sell at cost...

Yes, mainly for IG, TikTok and Youtube (shorts). It's a great way to get engagement, it might not bring much leads, but it brings followers that will be exposed to other types of contents that may resemble with them, with some struggle they face. Also a great meme can get viral and be shared a lot, so it's also about reach and visibility.
But then use that awareness to guide them into the funnel.
Do you use memes for social media posts?

Technical books you have O'reilly books.... But in terms of business Saas or mobile the logic underlying is much the same, it's business foundations.
For that I suggest "Inspired" by Marty Cagan; "Good Profit" by Charles Koch; "Hooked" by Nir Eyal;
Those 3 help you in Product Development, HR, Design, the 3 main points to build the foundations of a Startup/Company. You need to validate...

It's hard to know exactly, you can feel it when you interview users, customers, partners and they all align their interest, but that is just a "Need Fit", or you may say that there's a market, but that doesn't mean your product feeds that market as expected/desired.
For that the only thing to be sure is sales, if you validate the market and checks out, and people are willing to buy your...

As you can see on other comments, there's no best day to launch, trying to just copy, based on those type of things doesn't work, is like asking what is the best to keep, a leg or an arm... Both are important and focusing on those type of things doesn't bring value.
The key thing is traction, successful launch on Product Hunt or even Crowdfunding is all about having a community behind it. For...

There are some rules to launch, but you should use it wisely, what is the key purpose of your launch? Is it to get users, get feedback, grow crowdfunding? Those are key things to think about.
A common mistake is that as Founders love their products (as they should) they often get blinded and imagine that everyone will feel that pain or see value on the product or service being promoted, thus...

I believe it will flow to multiple paths, generative AI is changing a lot of stuff and if we have streaming services beating cinema, soon the new streaming will be tuned to each person interest at a very low cost, with Sora you can soon have Netflix generating alternativr endings, like imagine on Harry Potter that Voldmort has succeeded, or LOTR that Frodo becomes Sauron... How does this impact...

Hi @jahiem28
A great culture is essential. But more important is the why. We all as individual have our own culture based on our habits, beliefs and tastes. To have more of what we desire we craft our habits toward those, we become disciplined to get more of what we praised, this can be socializing with friends, or watching a sport game, we enjoy because of the competition but also because...

On this I would suggest Good Profit - Charles Koch, it talks really well about the hiring process.
Hiring is a 50/50 chance of getting it good, but in overall a great company is not made by super talented people but by fully commited and devoted people. As in Inspired book by Marty Cagan, you want Missionaries at your company not Mercenaries.
The thing is tackle if the main purpose is just...
