I'm not an Outlook fan. My company has to use it for its security because we work with a lot of enterprises, but I'd switch back to Gmail in a heartbeat if it were up to me.

Jira has its downsides, but there's a reason it's the industry standard for software project management.

Tried and true internet browser with an intuitive UX. Google Drive and the Google Suite of products take it over the top.
