It depends on the business I would say. In general is good to put a "solid" face to whatever type of business. However, some benefit more than others. I would say you should aim for knowledge, and in the industry of your startup/business/product you should be known as the person who knows shit and gets shit done. But i wouldn't advise, spending hours on building your personal brand on places...
