Super exciting--what makes Contra better than products like Deel or Upwork for companies to hire with?

I am always so impressed with your product thinking. So many applications of LLMs feel forced, and this feels both natural and extremely useful. Can your system integrate with existing HR platforms, and if so, which ones?

I've been excited to see what GPT-4 will do in the real world, at scale, and this feels like an obvious, slap-the-forehead-why-didn't-I-think-of-that example. Really excited to see what this does for great companies, and for the candidates they hire.

SOOOoo many startups do hiring by "the CTO sending linkedin messages when she's not otherwise completely overwhelmed" or "hiring a contract recruiter" or other things that inevitably have huge problems. Just having something like this that is simple, low touch, easy to get started with...wow what a help.

It's amazing it took so long for someone to build this. EVERY knowledgework team hacks together some form of internal comms on the back of email updates, and the pain with them is so obvious to everyone involved. There's a ton of redundant work in creating them, and once created, it's almost impossible to do anything useful with the body of information in everyone's inbox. Something like...

Major fan of the Macro team! I've been talking about this with friends at orgs with large ops departments who have been *thrilled* with the idea. I'm so excited for this launch!

Victor and Danqing are doing such cool stuff. I shared this with my sister and had the joy of her coming charging down the stairs beaming about how happy she was, asking me to thank my friend who made this cool product. I did, and I continue to. It just gets better and better.

Upstream was surprisingly fun, even in a very early version of the product. A bunch of people I'd known through chat or by reputation, suddenly connected to me 1:1 in a way that felt intimate and personal. It's surprising how short an amount of face-to-face time is needed to change the way a relationship "feels", that much. Highly recommend.

Salesforce UX is so bad and Scratchpad is so good. What an incredible improvement for millions of hours of human life.

I’ve shared this with a bunch of people and I’ve been thrilled to see them all loving it—my friend Garrett, a yoga instructor, my sister who does community organizing. They all LOVE this. More than I would have expected for a product that seems to me (as someone who’s never hosted a zoom event) like a small thing. Nope. It’s a big deal. They LOVE it.
