Code migrations are such a pain, As an Engineering Manager at LambdaSchool, I often came across code migrations. No one wanted to work on these projects and they often took too much time to complete. I really like the idea of automating migrations. This is such a common use case. Engineers can focus on user problems that are both fun and challenging to solve. I will check it out.

I guess it depends on a Fair use policy. Google is scraping your website all the time. But in return you receive traffic you would not have received other wise. On the other hand if you are hosting a list of some kind and someone steals it that's bad. Whats missing is a fair use definition what people can adopt like a Creative Commons version of fair use for bots
Do you actually mind bots scraping data from your website?

Make it clear that silence is ok, silence is acceptable and silence is appreciated. Most calls result in poor brainstorming because people feel the need to fill in the silence with talk. While silence is totally acceptable in physical brainstorming. Once you do this people will get time to hear themselves and think about what was said and result in better conversations and brainstorming
Product Managers, how do you do idea brainstorming effectively while working remotely?

Rachel this is a good observation, There are so many times founders claim product-market fit to their detriment. I guess what's more important is to show that a small group of users love your product. and that this group can be potentially large. Instead of claiming product-market fit. I ran a marketplace a few years ago and one good metric could be repeat purchases.
What metrics do you use to validate product-market fit?

I go for a drive or take a long walk. Sometimes I just disconnect and watch a movie. When I come back I am both clear in my mind and energized to solve the problem at hand
