I believe that the last book I read was "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team", a book that I received from a very good friend and colleague. Usually I find reading books about leadership or mindfulness or similar usually contains a lot of common sense, but it is really good to be reminded of the acts sometimes as we might not always act in accordance to our common sense. For brainstorming and more creative side of things, having a team to bounce off ideas is always better. However, when it comes to focused work where there's a clear goal and everyone knows which way to go, it's easier to be focused when working alone. As someone who is very extroverted though, I am highly in need of the social interaction with my colleagues for my own intrinsic motivation.

What works for me is usually to take a break and think about something else and re-visit the problem after having cleared my mind. My best ideas actually comes from when I'm in the shower. If that doesn't help, I always try to break down the problem to someone. Sometimes I realize the next steps just by doing that, and other times you get support from the person listening to you.

I open up LinkedIn every day even during weekends to check the feed and my notifications. Sometimes I can find it more entertaining than endlessly scrolling on Instagram since it can be both inspiring and educational.

I used Brave for a bit due to the ad-blocking aspect of it and it felt faster than Chrome. But that was a while ago and the move of all my passwords and such didn't really convert over properly to Brave so I had to keep going back to Chrome because of that, ultimately making me stop using Brave since it became more time-consuming than rewarding.
