Love what you are doing! Any solution that works to simplify and broaden access to AI infrastructure has my support

For the current tech AI is based on (deep learning), they struggle to go out of distribution, i.e. do anything it has not seen before. Or retraining to do something else during its life time.

A good one? Nah.

People. Always. Change is scary and takes a lot of system 2 thinking, which is time consuming and hard. If anyone wants to innovate, first come up with a good story to tell your people to get them emotionally invested. Then innovation will follow.

I loved "The Phoenix Project" and to a lesser extent "The Unicorn Project", great, entertaining books for anyone with an interest in building effective companies. I promise, it's not the usual MBA BS.
