I think the best way is the old-school eF2F meeting/call. You show that you really care about their feedback but also can navigate them if any difficulties or ask additional questions. Ideally, a way to get testimonials. * Of course, it depends on many factors, such as stage, product, brand visibility, etc.

I know my focus/energy peaks and try to schedule key activities into these slots while resting during dips of energy. Also, time slotting and good sleep
