You know a product is great when you start referring it to your friends, small businesses and clients. What Sai has created here with Superblog solves every problem I have with creating and managing a blog. Pros: blog posts load fast, quick customer support, prompts are not too invasive, focus on writing and easy to use editor. Cons: fully customised fonts (if you are super keen on following brand guidelines). For the monthly price, I can manage and create multiple blog posts for various clients without going through fatigues or looking for fixes online (looking at you, WordPress). I am currently using it to improve my SaaS' SEO presence and for another events-community based startup. Highly recommended if you are a fan of clean UI and fast load times!

Hello World, I’m an indiehacker since I was 19 years old. I’ve built desktop & mobile apps with millions of downloads. A few of those apps hit the top charts on the Google Play store. I have also built two startups (hardware+software and creator marketplace) where I was the only tech guy. As you can probably imagine, it is very tough for me as to do sales & marketing being a techie. I always used SEO and ASO to generate inbound traffic and downloads. I’m also a blogger since 16 years old. I’ve built a couple of SEO properties with 150,000+ pageviews/mo. Why am I telling all of this now? Because I had to do the following for every single blog that I have built for my previous products: 1. Get a WordPress blog. 2. Find a lightweight theme. 3. Optimize it for Speed. 4. Optimize it for SEO. 5. Optimize the server for performance. 6. And then keep auditing the blog every now and then to fare well in Google Lighthouse, GTMetrix, and SEO scores. It is very painful to optimize WordPress or any other blog installation every time because the blog is not my core product but still my products depend on the blog. At some point, I switched to GatsbyJS from WordPress to build a blazing-fast blog. I released an open-source GatsbyJS starter that feels like Medium. Who doesn’t love Medium’s reading experience? But we can't use Medium for business blogs because: 1. Heavy Medium branding. 2. Can’t host it on a subdirectory (yourwebsite.com/blog). 3. Risk of competitor’s articles being shown next to our blog posts. 4. Not able to collect leads from blog visitors. I realized that almost every other company faces the same problem. Large companies hire in-house SEO and site optimization experts. But the rest 90% of companies try to hire freelancers. I have a belief that SEO is all about content, if and only if technical SEO of a website if properly taken care of. I typically have used Wordpress with various plugins to ensure that claim to take care of technical SEO, however I found myself working on Technical SEO a lot more than I'd like - till I discovered Superblog. You see, for writers, we don't want to think about H tags, image speed, accessibility features and what not. We want to focus on content, and that is what Superblog has enabled me to do. Time and again, I keep coming back to Superblog for my sites, for my client's sites because of 1 simple fact - I don't have to worry about technical SEO - even for a second. All my efforts can go into creating the best possible piece of content. - Ease of use - Highest scores on Google page speed insights (at-least which I have seen) - Great reading experience - No non sense focus on content - Fastest load times compared to Wordpress, ghost, substack hell even medium Sai has done an incredible job, and continues to improve Superblog as days go on. Highly recommend to anyone who believes content is king, Superblog is your throne ;)
