@rohanrecommends I really need PH to bring this back with the updated forums. Search is a game-changer—no more repeating the same five questions about launch strategy. Don't understand why it went missing with the new feature.Speaking of, if you happen to search “writing app that kind of hates you,” you’ll find Raven, which I just launched today.

🪶 First PH launch ever - hardly know what I'm doing 🪶
Hey Product Hunt community!I'm absolutely THRILLED to announce that Raven, my slightly sadistic writing app, is officially live on Product Hunt today! This is my first ever Product Hunt launch and I couldn't be more excited to share it with all of you!Why I built RavenAs a publisher and writer, I grew frustrated with writing tools that were either bloated with unnecessary features or completely...

@marc__milberg alignment between Product and Eng is like herding caffeinated cats. Clear docs and decision-making frameworks help, but let’s be real—regular syncs and actually listening to each other matters more than another Notion doc no one reads. I've seen so much get lost with even the most organised teams because the team just doesn't care for each other and each other's goals. Team...

@dan_leshem goldmine of a roadmap for non-coders diving into app development (my journey to dev was through AI). Understanding the basics—like front-end frameworks (React, Next.js) and UI components—is crucial. And yes, embracing code, even a little, can make a world of difference... still getting there myself. As a cheeky postscript, it's my first PH launch today for Raven, a sadist...

What's More Effective for Productivity: Gentle Encouragement or Hard Consequences?
Hey Product Hunt community! My first launch today, yikes...As a publisher and writer, I grew frustrated with writing tools that were either bloated with unnecessary features or completely passive about my constant procrastination. I needed something that would actually hold me accountable. So, I'm excited to announce that Raven, my slightly sadistic writing app, is officially live on Product...

Choose me as your go-to writing app. Why? Because mediocrity can go f*ck itself. I'm no ordinary muse. I'm the mischievous trickster that'll push you to write when you'd rather be scrolling through cat videos.

@rajiv_ayyangar, a small question... no search bar on the forums? Is that intentional, still coming, or forgotten? The amount of time I spent searching for it or trying to find a way around not having it... it would be so valuable for finding topics you want to authentically engage with, rather than only engaging with the popular/trending topics of the week. Perhaps I'm missing something here...

@div_chu, I built Raven because I got tired of my own procrastination nonsense. So, my favorite productivity hack? Having a system that forces me to write with hard consequences. Miss the goal? Start from scratch. It’s slightly sadistic, but it works. @realvladgolub @dia_wash_nj @ryanmartinez00 @ixord @jaykay00

@alan_rivera, I've dabbled with Asana, Notion, Trello, Monday... but @ClickUp has become my go-to. It's got a bit of feature bloat, but it just blew the others out the water for me... it's really so dependent on your style of management, though, and what automations you need.
What task management software are you using?

@willemvdeijkel, many apps lack contextual learning, making it hard to apply new languages in real-life situations. An adaptive approach that tailors content to individual interests could bridge this gap and enhance engagement.

Supposedly, Estonia's e-Residency program has been pretty great for startups. From my network, I've heard countries the Netherlands, Portugal and Ireland have been leading though. I'm from South Africa, and while specifically Cape Town has an incredible start-up environment, it's supported primarily through private initiatives (government tries, but just isn't really set up to make a large...

Congrats to all the winners! MGX's multi-agent platform sounds great for streamlining workflows, @luobaishun . And Finyx's coding assistant adapting to individual styles? That's a developer's dream, @farooq_adam . Curious to see how these tools evolve - bookmarking to follow up on. Also @juan - kind of keen to see some more non-AI products entering the top ranks - I guess that's on us as a...
