Personally, I created a Discord server for my service and I started looking for other servers that were focused on my product niche (in my case crypto).
I talked with the owners to see if they were interested and if I could also talk about it on their server. Finally, I used tools like Disboard to increase organic traffic to my own server. I also found a lot of users willing to beta test.

I'm assuming this is about a software business/product.
What would I do? I think that I would just keep adjusting until I find a product or market fit because it's relatively easy to pivot to other ideas.
Before that, I would make sure that my promoting is effective: maybe I'm targeting the wrong keywords? Maybe Twitter is not the best place to find my target audience and I should look...

If you need screen sharing Discord provides it for free, while Slack free plan doesn't.
For everything else, I think that Slack it's better.

Depends on which use case, IMO. For digital art, they are surely overhyped.
If metaverse becomes popular they could become useful to handle digital assets in a decentralized way.
Another possible use case is selling tickets as NFTs (for any type of event, movie theaters, concerts...) because organizers/performers would be able to collect royalties on resales.
Are NFTs overhyped?

It's very simple to implement and I think it's the only solution for static websites unless you use a third-party tool/service.
What would you use in this case?
