What a great idea to help level the field. Poor credit is keeping people who already over-pay exorbitant rent from being able to experience the pride of home ownership, and that hurts EVERY neighborhood. If you pay a combined $4,000 or so per month in rent, utilities, memberships, credit cards, etc... you should sure be able to buy a car and qualify for a mortgage. Low credit scores penalize...
