For starters most of your UI elements have such a sharp edges that my eyes gets paper cuts by just looking at it. Add some radius to those elements and some shmooth edges. :)

To be honest this really varies based on stages of life and how much you get done in a specified amount of time. In addition to this you can get more done in less amount of time if you have really rested your brain well with good night of sleep. I've taken a stab at doing build in public. My experience: Had a person comment on my post saying that they would provide feedback, only to later found out that the account was suspended. Honestly have no idea who is human and who is AI/bot these days.
