I have good experience with the zbd bots. It's supereasy and fast. You can receive /charge/pay/ tip users easily from both the discord and the telegram apps.
They promised a guaranteed return on my investment but after investing my life savings, I got nothing in return. They seemed legitimate at first, but it was all a scam.
