It's a superb idea, will really help people who are moving to new locations settle quickly. It also is great for people who have got furniture that they want to put to good use rather than just place into storage!
Fantastic idea Carley! I actually did this when I bought my first house. I asked the previous owner if they'd be willing to part with the furniture in the home since it had taken them years to create the right experience and sync with all the different pieces. They agreed and I was able to beautifully furnish my entire new home in a jiffy!
I think this is a genius idea. I have moved more times than I want to remember. I think the most interesting and useful is that your style changes depends on the place you live. Some furniture just doesn't match your new pad.. so much waste to re-purchase everything in a different style!
