@olenabomko our main target audience for this launch, are employees at companies that use Atlassian's products (JSM and Confluence) and they want to get immediate answer to their internal issue/question.

Nice one! A question - assuming the chatbot is trained on a lot of internal data from Jira, is there any security risk of someone external getting access to things like product roadmap? :) Or do you protect against it somehow?

@hey_its_kas thanks for your support Kas and your question! Each customer's data are separated from the other customers' data. Our chatbot has access only to your data. So info retrieval is based on each company's knowledge base, and with the help of chatGPT we find answers based on this customer's data. Hence they cannot be disclosed or manipulated. Moreover, we don't share all data with OpenAI, just the info that is needed for the specific query. In the future, we will also have our self-hosted LLMs for added security and privacy.
