Been using WPGraphQL for a project since last year and it has been super easy to use. Definitely worth a try. Also, Jason is good people.
We are using this in production (even that it's still pre-release) and it makes requests so much more manageable than the data in the REST API.
Using the pagination feature (pull only 10 records at time) and displaying has made my app really snappy and fast. React front end with a WP backend is a game changer.
This plugin may become one of the essential plugins in the WP ecosystem as more and more developers shift toward headless/decoupled WP.
