I've been having some trouble with importing my URLs, but afterwards... this is one of those products that makes you think "why hasn't this been made yet?"
@lukebabell Sorry for the late reply. I am currently At FOSDEM conference.
For now, fetching provides more features (and its really great).
Apart from what fetching.io delivers, our software is and will be better in the following ways:
- We always will be free and open-source
- We will always leave you in full control over data. Nothing is hosted in a cloud provided by us.
- You will soon also be able to search through more than just history&bookmarks, but through the apps you organise your knowledge as well (Evernote, Google Drive/Docs, Email, Messengers)
- We essentially aim to give you the ability to augment how your brain makes associations in your web research, allowing you to store and recall various associations ("I visited the page in a session where I visited another one", " I stored the page in Evernote as well", "I sent a page that was about climate change in an email to Tom")
