The color was very dull and many of the pins have detached from the pin part on the back so they fall off. I am very disappointed and will NEVER order from them again. (I ordered the "Custom Hard Enamel Print Pins - Hard Enamel Print / 1.25 inch / Metal Butterfly")
If the product isn't satisfactory--then--they should issue a refund or accept an exchange agreement. NO. CAN. DO. I placed an order for $337.50 worth of pins. The proof is highly misleading. We were under the impression the pins would have gold metal accent as well as a magnetic back BECAUSE OF THE CONFUSING PROOF. The pins arrive and look like a kid made them. TO BOOT--these are the pins that make swiss cheese out of your best blouses. Who wants to put HOLES in their nice clothing? AND... When I try to ask nicely for a refund or exchange, the rep was terribly argumentative and let me know if I send them back, I can place a reorder with--get this--mere 20% discount applied. When I responded, I was then told they would throw them away or we could. NO SATISFACTION OF OUR ISSUE WHATSOEVER.
This is not how to handle a customer. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. What happened to "the customer is always right" philosophy? WizardPins either needs to change their policies to issue a refund or make their proof more user-friendly. Buyer beware.
