I thought I was purchasing from this company but received products from Fran's Organic Bodycare and Onyx Skin Care Line and the products are less than satisfactory to me.
Looks like they recently underwent some horrible platform migrations. I discovered it as my password stopped working. After resetting the password & logging into the site my account appeared to be *empty*. All my orders were gone (btw they were never shipped). No one responded to my emails, inquiries, etc. No customer service at all. I think its unlikely I will receive my order/refund and would advice people to not use this product until they make it reliable enough.
