THIS IS A SCAM, THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND TO CANCELLATION REQUEST , AND KEEP CHARGING YOU.. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND I FEEL I GOT SCAMMED AND CONNED BY THIS COMPANY I had already sent multiple emails over a week ago asking to cancel my subscription . To date, I have not received any reply or even an acknowledgment from your side. This lack of response is extremely unprofessional and deeply disappointing. At the very least, I expected a status update or confirmation. Instead, I have just realized that my subscription is still active despite my repeated requests to cancel. I am very unhappy with this service. I am now demanding a full refund for this experience, as I clearly requested cancellation earlier. I would also like a clear explanation as to why none of my previous emails were responded to. Your failure to respond and act on a straightforward cancellation request is unethical and unacceptable. If I do not receive a prompt reply with confirmation of my cancellation and full refund, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further and raise a formal complaint.
