Waggle allows us to constantly check on our dogs while camping and traveling away from the camper. Now a day at the beach or a day spent fishing can be enjoyed without worrying about heat or humidity in our camper. We always get text alerts and in app alerts, even without a strong cell signal in remote areas.
Only lasted a little over a year, before it stopped working. Had to buy another one. Really should last longer. They don't answer their phone for customer service, but they did respond via email. When the product works, it works well! It is comfort knowing the temperature is under control.
I am not very computer savy and I was a bit intimidated by the setup. It turned out I had downloaded the incorrect version of the app. A call to tech support and a few minutes of coaching and I had the camera and all of the functions up and running. GREAT PRODUCT WITH GREAT TECH SUPPORT !!!!!
I have not used the monitor except for a few short trials. However, I could not charge it after no use for a few months and called support and they were superb. When they could not talk me through a fix, they said to return the item for a new replacement and started my annual subscription at the date of the problem. The support person was professional, pleasant and helpful. Their warranty was honored without hassle. Best company I have worked with regarding this sort of issue.
I do not know if this is constructive but it’s honest and I like honesty and I do know I was lied to 2 different times so I sent it back to be lied to once again for the third time! So I went with a Wi-Fi programmable thermostat a lot less bs and a hell of a lot cheaper
