We used this product back in 2024 and were quite satisfied with it. Recently, I wanted to restart my subscription, and I pointed out that according to their pricing, it’s possible to use a custom domain even with a monthly plan, which was perfect for my testing needs. In response, Gavin explicitly told me that he didn’t want me as a customer anymore and basically showed me the door. It’s a shame, because while the product itself is good, it definitely feels like Galvin isn’t really interested in doing business. For that reason, I can’t recommend this service. Beyond technology, it’s important to work with people who are respectful and open, and I hope Gavin can understand that. P.S. For this, I’m confident in my English!

This software consistently generates big returns on the price paid for their GIFs. The definition of a hidden gem. Highly underrated. Although the software is not yet where it could be, our company has grown somewhat dependent on this tool.
