I was approached by Storyblocks when I was at my renewal stage after using their services for a year and they helped me get the package I was looking for. They didn't initially know what I needed and asked for more detail, a staff member came up with a solution based on my feedback and they resolved everything. I honestly didn't think they would help me at first but they reached out and made things right. They went above and beyond and helped resolve everything. Even if you don't get absolutely everything you need from their services; its really good to know they will try to help you out and they honestly deserve credit for that.
