At Vecindario we are thinking outside the box and building technology for families who dream of one thing in common: having their own home and getting the mortgage credit 100% online to eliminate the month-to-month rent from their lives. It is a very inspiring purpose! We create housing programs with large companies throughout the country, we connect real information from users with projects that families can afford, and even with our data, we are part of the creation of products that will sell faster and where everything can be done 100% online. A story that excites us is knowing that at the end of last year, we decided to do a pilot to sell 223 apartments in record time, and they called us crazy since the average time of sale was 13 months. We managed to do it in just 2.5 months using our infrastructure. And channels. For this reason, we decided to replicate it, and today we are finalizing the sales of two new towers with more than 400 properties sold by Vecindario, also in record time.
